Taste Our coffee

and fall in love with it

A small lot of Grade A Tanzanian Coffee from the region of Oldeani, Karatu, Manyara.

An absolute Gem from Tanzania.

Slightly chocolaty nose before brewing.

A great body for an African coffee, creamy and intense.

The cup is clean, bright and well balanced.

Lovely lingering, slightly gamey, aftertaste with undertones of dark chocolate.

Shade grown

Growing coffee in shaded conditions have numerous benefits. Increased yields in production volume, greater resistance to frost, increased bird activity, reduced pesticide use and we think a slightly nicer cup too.

Brewing

Brews best though traditional filter methods, pour-over, chemex, v60 etc.

Not a traditional espresso coffee but it will throw out some very interesting flavours if you are willing to give it a try. The chocolate notes intensify and you'll get lots more acidity. If acidity in espresso is not your thing then we wouldn't recommend it.
